About Monarch

One Track Mind was the instigator to the development of the Monarch trail system, located in Carver Park in Victoria, MN. The initial project entailed constructing 10 miles of professionally designed single-track. The intermediate trail, harmoniously integrated with the natural topography, is constructed with sustainability in mind, ensuring minimal impact on the environment.

The trail system was further expanded with an additional 4 miles diversifying the overall experience for riders. Moreover, a new dimension was added with the introduction of the Paradise Playground, featuring a skills course woven into the trail layout. This unique aspect of Monarch sets it apart, offering an experience not found elsewhere in the Twin Cities. A personal favorite for Tracy Paradise, CEO of OTM, and a system that stays close to her heart. You can expect to find her rippin’ laps here during the season!
