About Timberland Hills Trails
One Track Mind Foundation is transforming Timberland Hills with 25+ miles of progressive singletrack trails. The varied trail system will feature trails for all abilities, a skills course, and gravity bike hubs. Timberland Hills will be a year-round outdoor destination.

Project Updates
Setting the Stage
- A four-line gravity zone provides an area to practice the more technical nature of riding with jumps, drops, berms, and rocks.
- A 3 mile flow trail.
- A taster sample of Timberland Hills technical features- narrow, fast, and some rock.
Bigger is better!
- Timberland Hills trail system doubles in size!
- 10-mile 2-way around the 2,000+ acre property with long, fast descents and punchy climbs.
- 3 unique descents.
Tech + Gravity!
- Timberbeast connection completed from Outer Loop Ski Trail to gravity zones, finishing at 7.5 miles total
- Two advanced black trails in the hilly northeast corner: Buck’s line with wood features (3.3 miles) and Zenith’s line with rock features (2.3 miles)
- Three advanced gravity lines off Crusscut: Buck’s massive jump line with gaps, Buck’s chunky/rocky line, and Zenith’s blue/black line
- Zenith’s return line to the donut
- System now at 24 miles total!
Wrapping it up!
- Rounding out the system to approximately 30 miles
- Several mid-length loops for more connectivity and optionality for riders of all abilities
- 5 new backcountry campsites
