About Yakety Yak

Yakety Yak Trail, an uphill directional path for bikers and a bi-directional route for hikers, represents collaborative efforts with a private landowner and Lake County for trail easement. Built to enrich the local biking experience, the trail features climbs, berms, and steep drainages. Thanks to a newly acquired narrow groomer in 2023 by the Wheelers, the trail is now groomed in winter, offering year-round enjoyment for all users. This trail exemplifies successful public-private partnerships in recreational trail development.
